I'm ready to talk!
You Don't Have to Go Through This Alone!
With my background in recruiting and HR, combined with my divorce experience, I help you approach these decisions thoughtfully and realistically. My work includes helping women clarify career direction, navigate job searches, and consider employment decisions with a realistic understanding of how hiring decisions are made.
I work with women who are already employed and not job searching. Sometimes workplace issues or questions can surface months or years later. If they do, I’m here as your independent thought partner. You’re welcome to connect so we can make sense of what’s happening and think through next steps before reacting or escalating internally.
Whether this is your first conversation with me or you are coming back later in your career, you will have practical HR insight from someone who understands the stakes before you choose how to move forward.
That’s why I became the career and employment strategist I wish I had.
Already Employed and Facing Workplace Challenges? I Can Help
But that support didn’t exist for me. I did it alone.
I had so many questions and concerns about my career. I didn’t want to go back to my unfulfilling career after I returned to the workforce. I questioned whether I could realistically transition careers and rebuild income after years away from the workforce. I found myself transitioning careers while the divorce process was unfolding.
I wished there was a career strategist for divorcing women. Someone to help me think through career and employment decisions when I struggled with direction and needed guidance. Someone who understood the complexities and challenges of divorce. Someone who had been through this before and could empathize with everything I was carrying and weighing.
I Know This Because I Lived It
When you’re planning your wedding, you never imagine that one day you might be planning for life after divorce. And if you’re a mother, the questions, anxiety, and sense of overwhelm can multiply quickly. Not just about your kids, but about work, income, and how everything in between will fit together in your next chapter.
Divorce has a way of changing how you think about your life and your career, often at a time when you’re rethinking every decision you’ve already made. Whether you’re just considering divorce or you’ve already settled, career questions and direction often become something you’re left to figure out on your own.
